ONLINE PURCHASES

Products may be purchased on the LES HOMMES Website only subject to registration. By registering and creating an Account you can access a series of exclusive services to make the purchasing experience more pleasant and complete.

You can purchase one or more products, for a maximum of 3 units for each individual size, subject to anything stated for some types of products.

If you have forgotten your password, in the Access page, click on the link Forgotten your password? Just enter the email address with which you registered and you will automatically be sent a new password.

For further information on sizes, consult the Size Guide on the detailed pages of the products. This table will help you to choose the right size but also to convert the Italian size into that of other countries. If you have any questions or doubts, consult our Customer Care.

Our website provides information on the availability of articles directly on the product page. After selecting the product or the desired size, you will see the availability. All articles that you find on our Website are in the warehouse. However, it may be the case that individual sizes and/or colours are depleted when making your request as we only keep in stock a certain number of items. Please remember that the items that you enter into your cart may be purchased by other Customers until the purchase process has been concluded.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

You can make the payment by Credit Card of the circuits Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro or by PayPal account.

Products that are available in the warehouse will usually be delivered as soon as possible and, in any case, indicatively:

  • Italy delivery within 1-2 working days. For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands, the delivery may take an additional day.

  • European Union delivery scheduled within 2-3 working days.

  • Countries outside the European Union delivery scheduled within 5 working days.

Please note that due to COVID-19 shipments may take longer than usually.

After the order has been processed and shipped, you will be sent a Shipping Confirmation email with details of the shipment and an exclusive link allowing you to monitor the delivery in real time. You can also monitor the shipment, after logging-in, on the MY ACCOUNT section of the website.

Customers who have received a Promotional Code by newsletter, via social networks or on promotional websites may enter the Code in the checkout phase. Each Code has a start date and validity end date which limits its use and may not be extended.

The contribution for shipment of 10 Euros must be added to the price of the product which will be indicated separately in the order confirmation form.
Shipments to other non-EU countries will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), namely with customs charges and/or taxes on the sale excluded from the purchase price; these will be applied subsequently in the destination country and will be paid in full by you, which, if due, you must pay to the Courier upon delivery.
Note: Customer Care is not aware of the amount of these costs as they vary for each country and it is not possible to indicate them when concluding the order. We recommend that you contact the Customs Office of your relevant country for further information.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To make a return, after logging-in, you must use the specific form in the Returns section in MY ACCOUNT. To that end, you must (i) select the Product(s) to be returned (ii) await the Return Confirmation email indicating the Return Number which must be entered on the parcel (iii) apply on the parcel the sticky label already contained in the parcel and containing the return address (iv) using the link received in the email, book the return with the Courier.
Before making the return, you must check that the return is compliant with the conditions indicated in the Terms of Sale.

The Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. You shall therefore ensure that the Products are intact and complete, never used, worn or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all labels with which they were received. The Product return will not be accepted if the original safety label has been removed, broken or tampered with.
In no circumstance will returns that are not compliant with the rules indicated in the Terms of Sale. be accepted.

The goods must be returned within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

Each article purchased on our Website may be returned free of charge. The Courier designated by LES HOMMES will collect the parcel containing the returned products at no charge to you. If you do not follow that procedure, the costs of return and any liability for loss, theft, damage or delay in the delivery will be borne by you.

It is not possible to replace the goods with different sizes and/or models; therefore, if you wish to make an exchange with the same article in different sizes or colours, or with a different article, you must return the product and then make a new order on our online store.

Once your returns have been checked, processed and accepted by the returns service at our warehouse, LES HOMMES will make the refund.
The refund will be made by re-crediting the sum paid by you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
